Venturi Control Unit for Mercedes 300 SL Roadster

Some years ago we were given the order to re-build the venturi control unit of the Mercedes 300 SL Roadster. Many functional parts had to be manufactured for this. Even the lifting solenoid (magnet) for switching off the neutral gear has been re-constructed in the original way.

Cylinder Crankcase for Mercedes 190 E/EVO II

On behalf of DaimlerChrysler AG we have re-manufactured the cylinder crankcase for EVO II vehicles in small series. We were responsible for every step of production - from preparing the model up to the completely worked out cylinder crankcase.

Cast parts - of whatever kind - are manufactured by us, precisely following your demands.

Setting the model carefully before casting - 43 KB The EVO crankcases are made of a special alloy - 32 KB Finished crankcase castings from EVO housing - 46 KB Pre drilling of the cylinders - 48 KB Finishing the crankcase borings - 41 KB
